Job Title: Telecounselor – Immigration Services

Location: Sector 59, Phase 5, Mohali
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecounselor to join our Immigration team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in telecalling/telecounselling to assist and guide prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls.

  • Counsel clients regarding immigration services.

  • Follow up with leads and maintain client records.

  • Build strong client relationships.

  • Achieve daily and weekly targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of Telecalling/Telecounselling experience.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Fluent in Hindi & Punjabi.

  • Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
