AF Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader/Manager to lead and manage a team in the Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP segment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in team handling.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and manage a team of sales executives

Drive business growth in Home Loans / Mortgage / LAP

Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement

Maintain strong relationships with Banks / NBFCs / DSAs

Ensure compliance with company policies and processes

Minimum 5+ years of experience
