We’re seeking a Sales Team Leader to manage and inspire a high-performing sales team, drive revenue, and implement strategies to achieve business success.

🔹 Eligibility: 3-5 years in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role

Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets

✅ Monitor and enhance team performance, ensuring productivity and growth

✅ Control attrition, manage shrinkage, and drive operational efficiency

✅ Provide training, support, and mentorship to team members

✅ Analyze sales data using Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Dashboards)

✅ Maintain strong customer relationships and drive revenue expansion
