Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Assign daily calling leads, track performance, and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
Monitor and evaluate team performance through reports, call recordings, and CRM dashboards.
Train and guide new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Handle escalations or difficult customer interactions when required.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on team performance and sales conversion.
Maintain a positive work environment that motivates the team to excel.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Collaborate with management to develop effective sales scripts, strategies, and campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management abilities.
Good knowledge of telesales techniques and CRM tools.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
Experience in BFSI / Telecom / Real Estate / EdTech sectors is an added advantage.
