Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader / Manager with strong knowledge of equity markets, derivatives, and client servicing. The ideal candidate will lead a team of advisors/executives, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth by providing sound investment advice and strategic planning.
Supervise and manage a team of equity advisors or dealers.

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets (AUM, revenues, clients onboarded, etc.).
Conduct regular training sessions to upgrade knowledge of financial markets and advisory skills.
Foster a high-performance, target-driven environment within the team.
Coordinate with other departments (research, compliance, sales) for smoother operations.
