Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the role of Recruitment Executive. The primary responsibility will be to recruit and onboard quality candidates. The candidates must ensure adherence to company standards, compliance protocols, and productivity benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and recruit potential, through field activities, references, and local networks.

• Maintain consistent communication to track performance and address concerns.

• Conduct induction and initial training as per Bajaj Allianz standards.

• Maintain accurate records of activities.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines during recruitment and business operations.

• Participate in regular review meetings and performance assessments.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Minimum Graduation preferred.

• Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year.

• Skills:

o Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

o Basic understanding of insurance products and sales cycle

o Self-motivated and target-driven
