The Team Leader will oversee a team of telecallers/sales executives responsible for selling personal loans, business loans, home loans, and credit cards. The TL will lead the team, monitor performance, achieve sales targets, and ensure smooth operations and high productivity.
Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of telecallers/sales executives.
Allocate daily calling targets and ensure team productivity.
Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.
Monitor call quality, lead management, and adherence to sales scripts.
Achieve monthly team sales targets (loans & credit cards).
Track lead conversion and ensure timely follow-up by team members.
Support team members in closing high-value or difficult leads.
Develop strategies to improve sales performance and conversion rates.
Maintain accurate reports of leads, conversions, team performance, and daily activities.
Coordinate with backend processing teams for documentation, KYC, and loan/credit card approvals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking/financial regulations.
Share daily/weekly reports with management.
Train new joiners on product knowledge (loans & credit cards), sales techniques, and CRM tools.
Identify skill gaps and provide coaching sessions to improve performance.
Maintain a healthy, motivating, and goal-driven team environment.
Resolve escalated customer queries, objections, and issues.
Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain professional communication standards.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred), 12th pass acceptable with experience.
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Good knowledge of loan products (PL/BL/HL) and credit card offerings.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, lead management tools).
2–4 years of telesales/sales experience in loans, credit cards, or BFSI sector.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive.
Experience working in DSA, NBFC, or bank sales preferred.
