Experience: 3–8 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Tech Earth Global Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have 3–8 years of experience in sales with team-handling/team-leadership experience, preferably in IT, digital solutions, or B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Generate and convert leads through various sales channels.

Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Monitor team and individual performance and prepare sales reports.

Train and mentor team members to improve sales performance.

Develop new B2B clients and maintain strong client relationships.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up activities.

Preferred IT Sales Experience

Candidates with experience in selling/promoting any of the following will be preferred:

Website Development & Web Solutions

Digital Marketing

B2B Sales

ERP Solutions

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

SMO (Social Media Optimization)

SaaS / Software Solutions

Eligibility

Minimum Graduation from a recognized university.

3–5 years of sales experience with relevant Team Leader experience.

Experience in IT Sales / Digital Marketing / Website / ERP / SEO / SMO / SaaS / B2B Sales preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable working with sales targets and managing a team.

Salary will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.
