About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Tele Team Leader to manage and mentor a team of tele callers. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring sales of Motor Insurance, Life Insurance, and other General Insurance products, driving performance, and achieving both individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of tele callers to achieve sales targets.

• Motivate, train, and monitor team performance on a regular basis.

• Guide team members in handling customer queries and closing sales.

• Ensure tele callers pitch and cross-sell insurance products effectively.

• Prepare and share performance reports with management.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and insurance guidelines.

• Support in resolving escalated customer issues.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in the Insurance industry with strong product knowledge.

• Leadership: Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team is mandatory.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Ability to work under pressure and drive results.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
