Team Management

Manage and lead the recruitment team.
Allocate daily recruiter targets.
Monitor recruiter productivity.
Ensure discipline and attendance.
Conduct daily morning briefing.

Recruitment Operations

Monitor candidate pipeline.
Ensure ID creation, activation and joining targets.
Verify recruiter updates.
Coordinate with Operations Team.
Resolve recruiter issues.

Daily Monitoring

Track daily calls.
Review follow-up reports.
Monitor activation status.
Check joining status.
Monitor order completion progress.

Performance Monitoring

Daily KPI tracking.
Recruiter-wise productivity monitoring.
Weekly performance review.
Monthly performance evaluation.
Coach low-performing recruiters.

Reporting

Daily MIS Submission.
Recruiter Performance Report.
Client-wise Report.
Weekly Report.
Monthly Dashboard.
