Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our Personal Loan sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in BFSI sales, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring excellent customer service and achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
Achieve monthly team sales targets for Personal Loan products.
Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, and conversions.
Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Ensure quality lead management and timely customer follow-ups.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal stakeholders for smooth loan processing.
Track MIS, prepare sales reports, and maintain operational discipline.
Resolve customer escalations and ensure high service standards.
Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and business growth.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader in Personal Loan, Loan Against Property, Credit Card, or BFSI sales.
Proven experience in handling telesales or field sales teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Good understanding of retail lending products and sales processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
