Job Description

- Lead a team of 10 BD Executives / Telecallers

- Trai & Guide the Junior Executives in client handling & towards better results

- Be accountable towards the complete Team's Performance/Results

- Use Sales Techniques to Identify & acquire potential customers for our Subscription Products

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and effectively suggest Products

- Engage in Active Sales Prospecting, Lead Generation & follow-up to achieve Sales Targets

- Collaborate with the Sales Team to enhance Product Knowledge & refine Sales Strategies

- Efficiently manage and update sales pipelines and records
