Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of insurance telecallers to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team performance, calls, conversions, renewals, and follow-ups.
Guide team members on customer handling, insurance products, sales techniques, and objection handling.
Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching, and improve individual performance.
Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing high-value or difficult sales.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and coordinate with the Sales Manager/Branch Manager to achieve business targets.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in telesales/insurance sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Target-oriented with strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or BPO telesales is preferred.
