Income Structure (Recruitment Based):

- 1 Recruitment: ₹5,000

- 2 Recruitment: ₹12,000

- 3 Recruitment: ₹21,000

- 4 Recruitment: ₹32,000

- 5 Recruitment: ₹45,000

- 6 Recruitment: ₹60,000

Important Condition (Recruitment Definition):

A recruitment will be considered valid and eligible for payout only when the recruited Insurance Advisor completes a minimum premium business of ₹2,00,000 (Two Lakh Rupees).

Eligibility:

- Basic communication skills

- Smartphone / Laptop & Internet

- Self-motivated & goal-oriented

Terms & Conditions:

1. This is a performance-based opportunity.

2. Income will be provided only after meeting recruitment eligibility criteria.

3. No fixed salary is applicable initially.

4. Training & support will be provided by the company.
