We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Team Leader to manage, support, and guide our telesales representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining a high level of motivation within the team. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales strategies and customer service.
Supervise and lead a team of telesales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for telesales staff and ensure they are aligned with company objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales scripts, training materials, and strategies to improve productivity.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, motivate staff, and discuss strategies.
Work closely with other departments such as Marketing and Customer Service to optimize the sales process.
Recruit, train, and onboard new telesales team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
