Telecalling Team Leader

We are looking for a Job Title - Team leader - Sales to join our team .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives.

• Drive sales of loans and finance products.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Guide and motivate the team to achieve goals.

• Train team members on product knowledge and sales skills.

• Monitor performance and provide regular feedback.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.

• Coordinate with banks and finance partners.

• Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.

• Maintain discipline, integrity, and team spirit.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and Experience Range 3-5 years in same field. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
