Job Title: Team Leader (TL) – NGO (Telecalling/Fundraising)

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle and lead the telecalling/fundraising team

- Manage clients if fundraisers are unable to handle

- Generate and assign leads to the team

- Monitor daily calling activities and manage the floor

- Ensure team achieves targets

- Provide training and support to new joiners

- Maintain reports and share updates with management

Requirements:
