Team Leader (TL) – NGO Telecalling / Fundraising

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Leader to lead our telecalling/fundraising team at Pledge Foundation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the telecalling/fundraising team on a daily basis
Step in and manage donor/client conversations when fundraisers are unable to close or handle queries
Generate and assign leads to team members
Monitor daily calling activity and oversee floor operations
Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed fundraising targets
Train, coach, and support new joiners to help them ramp up quickly
Maintain accurate daily/weekly reports and share regular performance updates with management

Requirements

1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader (telecalling/fundraising/sales preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in team handling and people management
Target-oriented mindset with a track record of driving results
