Telecalling Team Leader

We are looking for a Tele sales TL to join our team Parka International Ernakulam

A Tele sales Team Leader is responsible for managing and generating a telesales to achieve sales targets, ensuring call quality, and reporting performance metrics. They act as the bridge between management and tele sales agents, driving both revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

• Team Leadership: Supervise tele sales representatives, set clear goals, and ensure targets are met. on sales by conversion of the calls with good strike rate

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales performance and customer engagement.

• Performance Monitoring: Track call time, call quality, conversion rates, and revenue targets.

• Co ordinate and Distribute Samples and Brochures to the customers on prospecting

• Conversion of the leads received threw various medias.

• Customer Handling: Resolve escalated issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on team performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.

• Collaboration: Work with other departments (marketing, operations) to optimize sales processes.

Required Skills

• Communication: Strong verbal and persuasive communication skills.

• Leadership: Ability to motivate, coach, and manage effectively.

• Sales Expertise: Knowledge of tele sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze KPIs, sales data, and adjust strategies.
