Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively assist customers in selecting suitable financial products via telephonic interactions.

• Operate exclusively during day shifts, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance benchmarks.

• Maintain high levels of productivity, speed, and accuracy in all customer interactions.

• Ensure accurate processing of customer transactions, minimizing errors and losses.

• Uphold ethical standards by preventing any instances of mis-selling or fraudulent practices.

• Communicate effectively and promptly with internal teams and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Willingness to work in a 6-day schedule with rotational weekly offs.

2. Proficient in Telugu, Tamil and English language, with excellent communication skills.

3. Strong selling, negotiation, and persuasion capabilities.

4. Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within financial services.

5. Goal-oriented, customer-centric, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
