Telecalling Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Telecalling Team Leader for Home Loans & Loan Against Property sales. The ideal candidate will lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers to generate leads and drive sales.

••Key Responsibilities:••

• - Supervise and guide telecallers to meet targets

• - Monitor calls and provide coaching

• - Track team performance and maintain reports

• - Ensure quality communication with customers

• - Coordinate with sales and operations for service

• - Conduct team meetings and training

• - Proven experience as a Telecalling Team Leader or similar role

• - Strong communication and leadership skills

• - Target-driven with a results focus

• - Basic knowledge of Home Loans & Loan Against Property will be given preference

• - Ability to train and motivate team members

••Pay:•• ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
