We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Telecalling / Telesales Trainer who can train our telecallers to improve communication skills, sales pitch, and conversion performance.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Train telecalling team on communication, product pitching, and objection handling

• Create training material, call scripts, and roleplay modules

• Monitor and review live calls, give feedback

• Conduct regular assessments and refresher sessions

• Motivate team to improve conversion ratio

📌 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales training or call center coaching

• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and call handling

• Ability to train in both Hindi and basic English

• Motivational, patient, and result-driven approach

💼 Job Type: Full Time

🕐 Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

💰 Salary: Based on experience and performance
