1️⃣ Team Leader – Telesales

Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets (inbound & outbound).

Drive new business & revenue for health insurance products.

Ensure customer satisfaction and productivity standards.

Track conversions, persistency, and team performance.

Maintain process knowledge & compliance.

Requirements:

Any Graduate

Malayalam/Tamil preferred

Strong communication & telesales skills

Insurance/telesales experience preferred

2️⃣ Assistant Manager – (Trainer)

Responsibilities:

Conduct induction & on-the-job training.

Improve employee productivity & training quality.

Maintain feedback benchmarks & certification targets.

Coordinate with telesales leadership and partners.

Requirements:

Graduate/Post-Graduate

2–5 years training experience (tele/insurance preferred)

Strong presentation & communication skills
