Roles & Responsibilities
· Lead, mentor, and manage the fundraising team
· Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve targets
· Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
· Build and maintain relationships with donors and team members
· Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
· Ensure timely reporting and achievement of weekly/monthly targets
· Individual and team target achievement is the core responsibility.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in any stream
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Experience in fundraising/sales/team handling preferred
· Target-driven and self-motivated personality
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
