Job Description

We are looking for a Telecalling Team Leader (Personal Loan) to join our team at Garvit Finance. The role involves managing a team of telecallers, ensuring accurate data updates in databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems, and driving lead conversion for personal loans. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing records, verifying data accuracy, correcting errors, generating performance reports, and coordinating with internal teams and bank/NBFC partners to improve processes. Additionally, the TL will monitor daily calling activity, guide the team on objection handling and closing, and ensure targets are achieved. Candidates must maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure smooth operations through accurate data management. The minimum qualification is 12th pass with 3–5 years of experience, and applicants must have prior experience as a Team Leader in personal loan sales (DSA/NBFC/Bank), along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Salary offered is ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 with growth opportunities.
