Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days a week, Sunday off)
Salary: Based on previous CTC hike

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Health Insurance Team Leader to join Frontline Solutions. This role requires an individual with proven expertise in team handling, health insurance sales, and target achievement. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, ensuring sales targets are met, and coordinating team efforts to drive performance and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of health insurance sales professionals to ensure performance and target achievements.

• Set clear and actionable sales goals for the team and drive performance to meet and exceed targets.

• Oversee daily team activities, manage workflows, and ensure seamless coordination between team members.

• Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and training to improve sales strategies and product knowledge.

• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and implement improvements.

• Foster a collaborative, motivated, and high-performing work environment.

• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Regularly report progress to senior management and identify opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in health insurance sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.

• Previous experience in team leadership and managing sales teams.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in handling customer escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week (Sunday off).

• Location: Conveniently located near the Kodambakkam Railway Station.

• Salary: Competitive salary based on previous CTC hike.
