Job Summary:

Fintalk Solution LLP is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader for the Loan Department. The ideal candidate will lead a team of loan executives, drive loan disbursements, and ensure smooth operations while meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of loan officers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training.

• Resolve customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.

• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless loan processing.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.).

• Target-oriented and result-driven.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in loan sales or financial services.

• Prior team handling experience preferred.
