Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to supervise our Outbound Sales Executives. You will be responsible for driving team performance, meeting loan sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective team management and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 8–15 outbound sales executives.

• Monitor daily call activity, conversion rates, and individual performance.

• Guide and support the team in selling Personal Loans and Business Loans.

• Conduct regular training and performance reviews to improve results.

• Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and ensure they are achieved.

• Assist team members with difficult calls and customer handling.

• Ensure CRM/lead management tools are updated accurately.

• Coordinate with backend processing teams and banking partners.

• Generate reports on team performance and share insights with management.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in loan or financial product sales.

• At least 1 year of experience in a team handling or leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of personal and business loan products.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Result-oriented with a motivational approach to team management.

• Proficient in basic MS Office tools and CRM systems.
