Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 Fixed + Monthly Incentives (based on performance) + Monthly Cash Rewards

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities – Tele Sales Executive:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to pitch Personal Loan, Business Loan, overdraft, or other loan products.
Explain eligibility, interest rates, and required documentation.
Follow up on leads and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Maintain CRM records of all client interactions.
Key Responsibilities – Team Leader:
Lead and manage a team of tele sales executives.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve conversions.
Coordinate with management on strategy and reporting.
Candidate Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to handle sales targets and work under pressure.
Freshers are welcome; prior loan/tele sales experience is a plus.
Energetic, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
