JOB DESCRIPTION: TEAM LEADER – LOAN SALES (WORK FROM HOME)
Department: Loan Sales
Designation: Team Leader
Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
Shift Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:15 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Target Achievement: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly loan disbursement and sales targets for the assigned remote team.
Remote Performance Management: Monitor live/recorded calls, review daily dial counts, talk time, and turn-around-time (TAT) to ensure maximum agent productivity.
Sales Pitch & Coaching: Conduct daily virtual standups to train executives on objection handling, pitch quality, and closing loan leads over the phone.
Pipeline & Lead Allocation: Efficiently manage customer lead pipelines using CRM platforms and automated cloud dialers.
Quality & Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to internal lending guidelines, customer verification, and ethical sales standards.
Reporting: Prepare and report daily team performance metrics, conversions, and pipeline status to upper management.
Key Skills & Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in Loan Sales, Tele-sales, or BFSI sector, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Strong domain knowledge of personal, home, business, or vehicle loans and credit verification processes.
Hands-on experience with sales CRMs,
Exceptional communication, team motivation, and conflict-resolution skills in a remote work setup.
