Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Team Leader to manage and lead our telecalling team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in team handling, target management, and people coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations and achieving team goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, supervise, and guide a team of telecallers.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
Handle escalated calls and client concerns efficiently.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share with management.
Train new team members and ensure regular skill development.
Maintain discipline and adherence to office policies within the team.
Motivate the team to achieve individual and group targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a team leading role (telecalling/sales/operations preferred).
Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) is a plus.
