JOB OVERVIEW
As the Team Lead Sales, you will be responsible for leading and driving a large tele calling-based account management team of over 70 members. Your role will focus on improving the conversion funnel to enhance efficiency, Collaboration with the business head and sales development lead to enhance the overall process will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
Must-Have Specifications:
Tele Sales Operations Experience: Strong background in tele sales operations with a proven track record of driving results. Call center Operations experience
Team Management : Experience managing a tele sales team of 40+ members.
Attention to Detail : Ability to delve into details and work closely with agents if necessary to ensure operational excellence.
Sales Management: Proficiency in managing inside sales or outbound sales teams.
Revenue Generation : Demonstrated experience in generating revenue exceeding 5-6 Cr.
Data Analysis : Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of funnel and conversion improvement methods.
Success Parameters:
Generate yearly revenue of 5-6+ crores.
Effective people management style with strong leadership skills.
