Monthly Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 (Gross) In
Incentive: 10% incentive on the total sales bookings generated by Sales Executives in the team who are eligible for incentive program.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15–20 Sales Executives.
Drive team performance and ensure sales target achievement.
Monitor daily sales activities and provide coaching & feedback.
Support customer acquisition and resolve customer queries.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and coordinate with management.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Target-driven with experience in sales operations.
Ability to motivate teams and deliver business results.
