We are looking for a Telecalling Team Leader to join our team at Art Enterprises. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹25000 - ₹28000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a team of 8–15 telecallers.
Daily target planning & achievement.
Live call monitoring & call quality improvement.
Team motivation & performance tracking.
New joiners ka training & support.
Telecaller handling & sales target experience compulsory
Minimum Experience: 1–3 years as TL in Health Insurance Telecalling (B2C).
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
