We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Health Insurance Manager to lead and manage the health insurance sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing team performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring achievement of organizational goals.

*Key Responsibilities* :

Manage and supervise the health insurance sales team.

Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Recruit, train, and mentor team members.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.

Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Prepare and submit sales and performance reports to management.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations.
