Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telesales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Monitor daily calling activity, conversion ratios, and overall team performance.

• Allocate leads and ensure proper follow-up by team members.

• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, scripts, and sales processes.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
