Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team

Monitor performance of Sales Executives and ensure they meet individual and team goals

Expand market presence and develop strong client relationships

Prepare and present sales reports to the management team

Requirements:

MBA degree (Mandatory)

Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Strong market analysis, planning, and execution abilities

Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Salary & Incentives:

Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month
