We are hiring a hands-on Telesales Manager to lead, monitor, and close sales for our salon software product.
This role requires someone who can:
Manage a telesales team
Join demo calls
Close deals personally
Push daily performance
Own revenue numbers
This is not a desk job. This is a target-driven leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 5–7 telesales executives
Ensure daily discipline:
Calling targets
Demo scheduling
Follow-ups
Conduct:
Morning planning call
Midday progress check
End-of-day review call
Track performance and take corrective action immediately
Join all demo calls
Handle objections, pricing, and negotiations
Personally close deals and convert free trials into paid customers
Take ownership of high-intent and critical leads
Ensure no hot lead is wasted or unattended
Rotate and reassign leads based on performance
Churn old or cold leads
Monitor pipeline health daily
Ensure consistent demo-to-conversion ratio
Participate in hiring telesales executives
Conduct product and sales training
Evaluate team members during training and probation
Improve scripts, pitches, and objection handling
Remove consistent non-performers
Proven experience as Telesales Manager / Inside Sales Manager
Strong experience in closing deals personally
Experience managing telesales or inside sales teams
Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
Comfortable working with strict targets and pressure
Good command of English + Hindi (regional language is a plus)
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Previous EdTech Sales Manager experience
Experience selling subscription-based or SaaS products
Experience selling to small business owners
