Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote products/services, and maintain good customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.

  • Explain products or services clearly and persuasively.

  • Maintain and update customer data.

  • Follow up with leads and achieve daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.

  • Positive attitude and strong convincing skills.

Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
