3. Follow up with customers regularly to move the loan application forward.
4. Guide customers to submit the required documents.
5. Check customer details and documents for correctness.
6. Share verified documents with the backend team for further processing.
7. Update call details and customer status in the system daily.
8. Maintain good communication and provide a smooth experience to customers.
