Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to pitch mutual fund products.
Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and recommend appropriate schemes based on suitability.
Follow up with leads, maintain regular communication, and ensure timely closure of sales.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat investments and referrals.
Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Work closely with the sales team and report progress to supervisors.
Strong communication skills in English/Hindi or regional languages.
Persuasive speaking ability and a customer-focused approach.
Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial products (training will be provided).
Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to customers.
Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving attitude.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Experience in tele sales or financial product sales is an added advantage.
