🚨 URGENT HIRING – Telecaller Cum Inside Sales Executive (Female)

Company: Axis Industrial Solutions

Location: North Delhi (netaji subhash place pitampura)

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 + Attractive Performance Incentives

Joining: Immediate

About the Role

Axis Industrial Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Cum Inside Sales Executive to support our growing industrial sales business. The ideal candidate will generate leads, follow up with customers, and help convert inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

Follow up on inquiries received through WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

Introduce customers to our products and services.

Prepare and share quotations with the sales team.

Maintain customer records in Excel/CRM.

Coordinate with the field sales team for lead conversion.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Eligibility

Female candidates preferred.

12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling or inside sales will be an advantage.
