We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role offers a fixed salary plus performance-based incentives up to ₹40,000 per month, providing a great opportunity for earnings and career growth.
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying clients
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Keep records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
0–3 years of experience in sales or business development
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good command of written and spoken English (and local language if applicable)
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
