Location: Office-based
Hours: Full-time , 8 Am - 5pm UK Time (1pm - 10pm India time)
Holiday: 28 days (including bank holidays)
Overview
We are recruiting a Contact Centre Agent to support learner and employer engagement. The role involves outbound calls, managing records, sourcing data, and arranging appointments. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, self-motivated, and well organised.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to learners, employers, and prospects
Keep accurate records of all calls, outcomes, and follow-ups
Source and manage own data lists for calling activity
Arrange own appointments and manage diary effectively
Follow up leads and maintain consistent call volumes
Work to targets and KPIs
Support the wider team with administrative tasks where required

Confident telephone manner
Ability to work independently and manage own workload
Target-driven and self-motivated
Desirable
Previous experience in a contact centre, sales, or customer service role
Experience in apprenticeships, training, or education sector
Standard Requirements (All Roles)
IT literacy – competent with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good written and spoken English
Professional, reliable, and team-focused
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
