Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convince and engage customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Explain products/services and generate leads

• Maintain customer database and follow up regularly

• Handle queries and resolve issues efficiently

• Cold calling

• Follow Up calls

Requirements:

• Good spoken Hindi/English/Bengali (as applicable)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred

Salary: ₹8000-14000

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
