We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our credit card sales team in Yes Bank Ltd (Off site) at Airoli Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for credit card acquisition.

• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and offers clearly to customers.

• Generate leads and follow up to ensure maximum conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the system.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI/regulatory guidelines.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
