Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Insurance & Loans)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell Insurance and Loan products over the phone. The candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers (Cold Calling).
Explain insurance and loan products clearly to customers.
Convince customers and convert leads into sales.
Book appointments for interested customers.
Follow up with existing and new leads regularly.
Maintain and update customer records in Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Work towards increasing overall sales performance.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic understanding of English.
Knowledge of MS Excel (maintaining customer records).
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle rejection.
