Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Wedgate Matrimony And Services. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: Between 25 to 35 years only

• Education: Minimum 12th Passed

• Experience: 2–5 years in telesales, customer relations, or matrimonial sales preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain matrimonial membership plans.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete service details.

• Understand client preferences and guide them toward suitable options.

• Follow up regularly with interested clients to ensure conversions.

• Maintain updated client records and feedback in the CRM system.

• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

• Ensure a courteous and professional tone while communicating with clients.

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.

  • Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.

  • Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or matrimonial industry will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
