Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales/leads or customer support for our company. You will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services.
Follow communication scripts and handle customer inquiries effectively.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team (if applicable).
Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex queries to the concerned department.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Languages].
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong listening skills and patience.
Should be a quick learner and adaptable.
