Job Description

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Telecallers / Sales Executives to join our growing team at WebMakeSite.

Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential clients using the data provided by the company, explain our services, and generate successful sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our digital marketing services.

Maintain positive relationships with clients and follow up regularly.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Keep proper records of calls and client details.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet overall goals.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: As per company policy.

Incentive: ₹500 on every successful client payment of ₹10,000.

Performance Bonus: Additional percentage-based incentives on achieving targets.

Other Benefits:

1 weekly off

½ day leave per week

Requirements

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

Goal-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.

Experience in telesales or a similar role will be an added advantage.
